You will next day and day so fast but you still not overcome your situation by not take any change.

Why I do that? because that will be done by your action with no reason, that only by you accept me as something or someone that you respect to follow.

5 am or 6 am: Wake up (take time for clean and prepare for yourself)

30 minutes for exercise as run about 1500m (do that for a month)

Have eat healthy food

Improve yourself or skills or knowledge

Take time to do what you love

And other thing should you list for yourself.

Today I not talk about self confident or self esteem but I want talk about self beautiful and in this post I will share tips on how to feel beautiful about ourselves.

1. You are gift in this world

It mean you are worth and beautiful.

Only people can think themselves are not worth.

You not define when you born but you can define what worth you will make in this life.

2. You are giving truth for life

That is your action on everyday in life.

When you say and when you do, always you choose to do that.

That will make life be easy and great to development.

And this also help you get more appreciate from other people, that easy.

3. You are making life be beautiful

You do many things and try to achieve many goals, that goal is good for yourself and this world too.

You will give more efforts and don't need to know what will happen.

So don't waste more time on things that happen not as you want.

If you want change your results, you can try new way, new things, if you not do it and persist enough let you try it more.

If you can't change it, let focus on other things and forgive it to save your time and your energy.
