Attention about breath to your body full oxygen, if less because your beat of breath don't fluent will make you tired and uncomfortable when you work for less of times or focus on something.

Drink more water that you can
Our body need more water because 90% of body is water, and our body always want we provide more water, however it don't show specific as when we dry.
But when our body need more water, this problem will affect to all of body, make we uncomfortable that we don't know why.
So we provide water enough for body is good, we will have more energy to work or action, and good for our skin, hair...
Maybe you don't attention about this, but if you do it, it's amazing that make you good feel all of day :)
Exercise
Need exercise everyday more thirty minutes. Modes of exercise such as: Run, stand up then sit down, walk then exercise, push up and down on floor...
Because then a day of work, them give stress for our body and feel tired. However, then you exercise and relax will make you comfortable. For example, when you work more on desk, your body will hurt and tired because it don't action enough.
Purpose of exercise include are give you good feel and increase your health. Because if something don't increased it will lose, this is true with your body and your emotion.
Do you want beautiful body, healthy or confidence? You will love yourself when you do it :)
Diet
Are you leader of yourself? You need choose eat that service for you and persistence on your diet. It's necessary for your life and keep good diet help you always healthy and funny. I believe you feel good when do it :)

With full day of work, you need relax more and sleep enough, you will feel comfortable, healthy and done your work better.
