Looking for happy of life

Happy don't occasion happen, but happy is a choose in your life.

1. Health
What time you lose your health? Time you feel tired, stress, hurt for a long time? How you feel? I feel exactly how about it. I don't want eat, play or relax, I feel unbilieve everything that I do, I have, I care... I don't want do everything else. I hate myself.
How I overcome them? I give more thirty minutes everyday on afternoon to exercise and relax out there. I don't mean that you exercise to strong, it is good but important you are relaxing, then you exercise you feel confortable your emotion and your body with more energy. For a long time and your persistence you will strong and have beauty body, it's real :)

When you lose your health, you can't do verything, ever small things. And health is conection with other people. So let you fun with your health and increase for yourself, it is basic of happy really. You only need choose it, you will get it.

2. Family
If you have a full member of family, this is amazing, or you can create for your own really family. Where you can give love and recive love from other member. So many love and love that build by your family. Your life is really happy.

3. Financial
Don't so worry about your financial, because your present can have a ensure about financial more than other people. You can by things that really need for you living so don't worry about it. If you worry so much, this will lose your comfort and funny in your life because you always looking for and don't silence in your soul. Maybe you try to ensure for your financial but don't worry about it so much. Financial freedom go to you when you have more knowledge about financial. Only do something that help you get more knowledge about financial, and do it more will help you become financial freedom. You only need choose it, you will get it.

4. Dream
Let follow your dream, don't give up. Maybe you are following your dream about financial freedom, happy more, success more, or personal passion. Everyday, let you do things that need for your dream become true, you know it, you know what you need to do, so let think about them to help you forward to your dream. You only need choose it, you will get it.

5. Your life
Let you fun in morning you wake up because that day you stlll alive, you are living more day in your life. This is life :)

Now check yourself, if you don't think so, and these parts don't need for you, you can choose lose them. And say to yourself, what happen when you lose them? And now, let me talk more about how I apply them for my
life:

When I wake up, I feel so lucky because I alive, I can do things that I want in my life. I know that everyone also want to be love and love, more successful, more happy, and funny... or become a part that important in other life :) With me, I like make alot of money... Oh, my new day have many things interesting to do. Right now, I have positive thinks, I feel very comfortable. I choose first things that I need do forward to my goals. However, there are things must to do that you don't want, this is nothing because You will do it, you try done it and get any result also don't need you interesting it, you have many things that you need do to make your dream become true. Now you can have a situation very deep of peace in your soul. I start do things that necessary and things that I want. And set a plan for them, I can't forget them and help me forward to achieve them. The Important here is you know exactly what is your goals then you know what you need to do to achieve them. I also get my problems with financial, knowledge, and time... but I will do with what I can do and believe that I can do it, I will get there. I know that I commit for my dream by do things that I want, that I need to do to forward to my goals. I don't worry about result of things that I don't want to do, however I always try for better that i can. Now I know give best things for myself. I looking for support from my family, other people that successful than me, from coachs that increase my skills or read more books to open my mind. I relax for myself and exercise, practice get some deep breath, drink more water... everyday.  Then I have more energy that I want help me moving on and get new level in my life.

Now, keep for your life so simple and focus on your goals, do it. Natural also too, always happen with simple and have a purpose.
