How to do increase self of values?

Formula:  

Your values = Your values generate x Your times give x Your ability give to market

Your values generate: It mean by other people feel about you via 3 things (what you can do, what you can help other do, what you spread to around)

Your times give: Don't think that everything you do also generate values. You need know what is your boss (or your audience) waiting from you. Then use your times to focus on what of works that give many values, your values will increase.

Your ability give to market: If you have alone, what you can do? You have to help other people can do work same you, build a system that work generate values with major of values, when you do it you will become high level, certain wards will more for you.

Now, things you need to do:
 

Research what is hope of other about you.
What you need to do to increase your skill of work.
Let help your partners their work well.
Review your attitude about your work and change to generate positive energy in your work.

Usually measure results of you
