Work less accomplish more

Make a list of your tasks for the day. It's on my mind with tasks of work for the day. Should you think about a plan for day, for week, for month to achieve something? What you can prepare for your work? Get them before you do your work. What you can prepare for your work day after before you go to bed? Concentrate on one task a time. You do something right every time. Don't procrastination with works you can do now. Become friendly when you do work with other. Be yourself all of time, focus on your work, you can do it well. When accomplish your task, find time to exercise, sleep enough, make yourself comfortable.
