What Makes A Great Leader - Most Important Need Have

To be in order become leader people should know what is most important of what makes a great leader to build for themselves in time working on.

1. Who know about big picture
 

That really not all people manage can know to work well on that. 

It so important for each action of leader.
 

Who know what other not know, by many ways but people need focus on it before do anything.

2. Who have very good decision making skill
 

That make great leader, people need practice more and more on everything in life by give decision for everything. 

Then can grow make decision skill in fact. 

Because first people need about big picture then people can give right decision and fast. 

But if people know something also need practice make decision too.

3. Who know good people skills

For in order put people in place that generate high ability in work. 

Need spend time to know that and practice make decision on give work on people do it well.

4. Who keep learn more

When people keep learn more, that person can control many things in future will happen.

5. Who inspire other people
 

Not all of time need for that but in sometime people need have own that. for special work or something else same.

Now people know what makes a great leader then easy to focus on to build for your own to become great leader on your work.
