Stop Hopeless And Depress - Start Living Lifestyle Dream

What is your feeling when you watch movie The Secret? I remember my feeling, my life will change forever and I really focus when I watch it. When that I believe I can make my dream become true.

Not really happen as you want and me too? When nothing change and don't really know what need to do in that case. Feeling down, how about you with some muttering things like:

"That not easy to become true, and it only right for someone else, and it can't happen with me."

"I not really understand how it will work with my life."

"Why my life happen as that with so many problems."

"I think I can't and everything not support person like me."

"I really try and try apply it more but nothing happen."

I just want to tell you, don't worry so much because you are not alone, me and many other people too before. Almost not make law of attraction working for in the first time. So think about that case, use law of attraction also same other things in life, it must you practice it more and more before success with it. Everthing start same a baby learn to walk but fall and try more until can do it well. Do you agree that point?

But I know you hard to be positive when you are depressed, and hard to be positive when around you with many problems give you stress such as hard to work well in your job, stress from job, not enough money for yourself and family, other need your help but you can't, you still looking for way to secure your financial...

And in fact when you stay with negative thought you will attract negative things more and more, it is true and law of attraction work well in that case even you don't know it exist. Attract more negative things in your life.

1. Allow yourself to receive

Just like a person asking other for help "Excuse me, can you help me do it?" and you go on for asking other people "can you?", then no one can give you an answer. Right?

That like is thing in your mind, if doing transmit, transmit, the universe which is trying to respond can't give you a single thing because your are not allowing yourself to receive.

So you need have confident on yourself and stop looking for many other around you for help and then ask yourself why no one help you. Because you are go on too fast before they can approach you.

Only need you think your desires and give it out and believe it will become true when have enough time.

2. Persist with yourself

Because receiving need take time.

But there are many people give up when have little step before finish line because they think tat if it not work right now, then it never work at all. And many people think if they effort more and more with more energy then outcome will happen faster.

That like want to speak well other language you will spend all of time and energy to learn and learn. Then you will hate what you are doing, you feel depress and tired at that time.

With simple principle, everything also need time to growth nature and this will not change with many resources you throw at it.

So everything you need to do is relax and persist, you are same thing, as a part of universe, work in law of universe and you can't change time to growth nature.

If you remember that, you will be less of depress or have negative thought.

3. Support and improve yourself

Like a baby who is learning how to do something, you need support, way to do it and role models to look up to.

Many people give up because they think that The Secret is all of things need to know. Of course it is not. The Secret is a part of your knowledge.

Even you watch it again many time but don't look at changing the habits of other areas of your life, for example, you think exercise not give you healthy life with one hour per day exercise while you still keep habit stay one position all of other time and still eat many junk food.

So looking for other knowledge is necessary.
