Healthy Happy Lifestyle

I love to have healthy happy lifestyle and love to know to keep doing things that necessary on eating, exercise and lifestyle but sometime I feel hard to do. Today I share some how to help overcome bad feel, have more motivation. If you love that let read more and understand 3 areas of healthy happy lifestyle.

1. Keep your life simple

Most of people don't know how affect of simple lifestyle. I mean keeping your life simple is an important key to make long life happy.

And many people have forgotten how simple "simple" really is. A simple life is more than just living on a small salary, you can be a millionaire and yet live simply, free from common worries. You will have to give up some things in life that you really don't need.

You can know a simple life is different from a meaningless life, the former implies simplicity, yet has a purpose. You should have a dream or goals in life to live it to the fullest.

Laugh more often, when a problem happen, might you worry about it but you can laugh while dealing with it. So with clear mind, you will find that the situation involves something you really don't need, and that the permanent and real solution is to get rid of that unneeded "something' in your life.

Love everything because when you focus on love as the rule of your life, everything becomes simple, it becomes very easy for you to let go, to forgive and forget. Simple people who have mastered loving people will simply let go and think positively. They give everybody a chance to try better next time. Te way they conquer is to always find something positive in everything.

And while everybody else is busy running around beating deadlines, simple people make time to stop and watch life unfold each day.


2. Eat right

The right diet is not just a balanced one meat, carbohydrates, veggies and fruits but the serious inclusion of natural food supplements from rare super herbs and other natural sources. These supplements are the best promoters of a long, healthy life, especially in these days of takes and second-rate commercial items. Moreover, a balanced diet is not just having a balance on a variety of foods. It is primarily having a balance between macronutrients and micronutrients.


3. Do exercise and Enjoy exercise

You must enjoy exercise to live longer. But sometime you have less of motivation or weaker. So if you don't enjoy let don't do it, so do it if it fits your lifestyle.

Don't you need have exercise until you feel tired, only need you have relax and feel good increase your energy.

You should remember do exercise regular, 3 to 4 times a week and do it with half hour per time because that is way you keep something up on you.

If you today like to do something else let do it, only mean you do exercise because it really help motivate you to do.

And feel good about your health, body that fit you make, that is so good enough because bring to you healthy lifestyle.

Don't matter when you do exercise, let do if you can as you can when you feel want to do exercise, keep it up to bring your day with enough time for your health enough and feel good.

Having healthy internal organs is more important than having big muscles. So you should choose what type of exercise that help that like aerobic exercises, run, and breathing in a healthy environment.

Always listen to your body when you do exercise, because when it urges you that it cannot do more. Let do more next time. That mean is you don't need strain yourself too much when you want to do exercise.

Sometime you can do like pause a while for deep breathing, and make sure that is good air and blood circulation in your body. Rest and relax in-between exercises.

Make sure to drink lot of water or natural fruit juices.
